“Please help me persuade Arriva Trains Wales to add more carriages to the 7:34am train from barry to aberdare ” – katie Love

Description

katie Love

The train in which I catch in the morning is always one of the busiest trains of the day and yet arriva trains wales after previous complaints from a number of travellers that catch the same train as myself, still ignore what we say about the train being over crowded and that more carriages should be added to that particular train. I have seen trains in the middle of the day with four carriages and yet the train is empty. It is absolutly ridiculous that people should have to pay for a most uncomfortable journey. Not something you would like to start your working day off with! I feel something should be done. Things should be revised to higher the standards of train service. Whether you have done emergency break tests and have past the health and safety for over crowded trains which I find it hard to believe,I think a bad accident could happen if this situation is left to continues on the train.
