l bought a ticket on line and was given a reference number 1612002288 which only print at home so when l went to the station to retrieve my ticket ,they told me it was impossible l should go home and print it ,as a result l missed my train and could not go for my study lessons as l did not have enough money to buy another ticket am very depressed.
