You were not the fabulous 56 service on Friday 16/01/15, your 56 stopped at Bluebell Close stop approximately 11.30.

I was crossing the road to catch this service, when I was in front of the bus I indicated to the drive my intentions of boarding the bus.

When I step onto the bus stop the bus pulled away and dlivberly left me at the stop. Is this part of your drivers training/ or part of your customer service.

Your cctv system will have recorded this event. I Complaint to the driver in Newcastle he did not give any reason for his actions or any apologies

    Dear Mr Stafford,
    Thank you for your email and I'm sorry you have had reason to
    contact us regarding our 56 service.
    Our drivers are under strict instruction that once they have
    closed their doors and engaged gear, they must carry out the
    "pulling away" manoeuvre and can-not allow further passengers to
    board. This is strictly to maintain the highest levels of health
    and safety for existing passengers, intending passengers and
    staff.
    However, we will certainly have this logged and investigated by
    the depot to determine the situation, this will involve
    monitoring the CCTV footage installed in the vehicle as well as
    interviewing the driver of the service at the time. Any fault
    found from the driver during this investigation will result in
    appropriate action being taken by depot management.
    Although I am unable to disclose the events of any interviews
    taken place or any disciplinary procedures due to strict
    employee confidentiality, please rest assured this will be dealt
    with accordingly.
    To allow me to log this with the depot and conduct an
    investigation, could I please confirm the location of the
    Bluebell Close stop, as well as the direction the vehicle was
    heading? Thank you.

    delay caused to your travel, and thank you for bringing this to
    our attention.

    They contacted me with regards to my complaints, but have not informed the outcome of there findings.

    They said they would look into the matter, they have not send me any reason to why this happen.
