Description
D O'Connor
One of the W5 drivers is very aggressive and rude to passengers (personally observed on 2 separate occasions) - shouting "get off and walk", "shut up" repeatedly and other comments. Quite extraordinary behaviour for someone employed to drive children around - my children use this bus route every day.
I will write a more detailed email with the driver's number etc so he can be dealt with appropriately.

Hello,
FixMyTransport Admin here. I am sorry to hear that you have heard nothing back since the automatic response on 11th May.
TfL have a very good track record of replying to complaints via FixMyTransport, but they do occasionally seem to experience large backlogs, meaning that replies aren't seen for several weeks.
If you would like to give TfL a nudge, please make sure you are logged in (top right of the webpage) and then click on the 'reply to this message by email' button at the foot of comment 3 (TfL's auto-reply).
Good luck!
