Description

Simon Brandon

Unfortunately someone seems to have used the footbridge at Highams Park station as a toilet as it now smells strongly of urine.

Can you please arrange to have the bridge cleaned and disinfected as soon as possible.

Please note that it is the bridge which smells, not the underpass, although that is always in a poor state.

Regards,

    Hello Simon,

    FxMyTransport Admin here.

We have contacted Greater Anglia and unfortunately they have said they will not reply to issues reported to them via FixMyTransport. We have many operators who are happy to use FixMyTransport, but Greater Anglia are one of the minority which won't.

So you will need to contact them directly by email: contactcentre@greateranglia.co.uk

Please let us know how you get on and whether you get a reply. You may also want to mention to them that you are unhappy they didn't provide any response to your initial question via FixMyTransport.
