“Please help me persuade South West Trains to clean the years worth of dust from the seats! ” – Adam Michael Smith

Description

Adam Michael Smith

I am 17 year old student travelling 20 minutes to alton and back five days a week (200 mins approx). I pay £5.70 a day which works out around £1,000 for college travel per year. I have used south west trains last year, and now i am in my last year of college. I struggle to pay for the train every week as it is, and now the dust (which i am allergic to) is getting worse! if you give any seat on the train a strong pat/sit on it, hundreds of dust particles come flying out, irritating and itchy my nasal passages, eyes and skin. I even took a look under the seat covers, and the sponge padding is BLACK! This is my preferred method of transport but I can not take the dust anymore, especially for the amount I pay, is there any way I can get money off or this problem fixed?!

Sincerely,

Adam Smith

    Hello Adam

I am really sorry to say this but sadly South West Trains have chosen to not use FixMyTransport to engage its passengers. Sadly, you will need to use one of the alternative options listed on the following page that I have linked to below.
