To whom it may concern,
I like traveling First Class because I can complete work on the internet whilst I travel so I pay a premium rate.
However the internet was not working to Nottingham and on the way back the internet was hardly working at all to the point that it wasn't worth using.
I am not sure if I am going to use East Midlands Train service again as the internet is very important to me. I understand this is not the concern of the staff on board the train as it cannot be fixed by them hence why I've complained on here.
I'd like to know how the solution should be a fixed and having been denied hours of internet time why I should use East Midlands trains again.
Regards,
Jonathan Adamson
