Description

A. Taylor

The 8:05 bus on the morning of 26/11/2014 was over 20 minutes late, which caused myself, and a friend of mine to be late for our college. Additionally this is not the first time this has happened to us.

The biggest issue with this is was that there was little to no communication of this delay due to the fact the Live Map does not function properly with the buses used for the 56.

In order to resolve this it would be fantastic if the buses were fitted with GPS trackers, like some of the bigger buses are so at the very least we are able to know of this delay, as if we had known, we would have walked to the also nearby bus stop for the 53 which is much more regular.

If for whatever reason it is impossible to install GPS, it would also be helpful if the bus was more regular, even if only slightly due to the fact it would mean that one bus' delay was not such a major loss of time, as other buses would have been available.
