The 715 bus that arrives at callis road at 07:50 doesnt seem to be showing up everyday and i dont think I am missing it as i get there 10 minutes early, it is just causing me a lot of problems as I rely on this bus to get me to work in the morning on time.

Thank you for contacting us.
The 715 service is operated by Arriva on a commercial basis.
Whilst Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) will always
endeavour to
influence these commercially operated services, any decision in
relation to routes, timetables, level of fares and the
day-to-day operational running of these services ultimately
rests with the operator concerned.
We have no control over service performance directly; instead
this role is fulfilled by the Traffic Commissioner who does have
responsibility for ensuring that all services are operated in
compliance with the registered timetable and is able to take
punitive or remedial action against particular operators who
fail to do so.
We are currently in the process of further developing the
intelligence that officers are able to share with the Office of
the North West Traffic Commissioner to better inform the
decisions that she is able to take in respect of monitoring and
subsequently timetable compliance and service delivery.

Hello Kirsty,
FixMyTranspoprt admin here. Your report went to TGM because it was reported at a bus stop (for which they are responsible) rather than on the route (responsibility of Arriva). I can understand why - the issue "happens" at the bus stop, but unfortunately FixMyTransport cannot yet make that kind of fine distinction.
In the meantime, I have forwarded your report on to Arriva, and I hope that you receive a satisfactory reply. Good luck!
