This morning i was waiting for the bus at 9.30 5th of december 2012 to visit my partner in hospital, i went to step on the bus and he shut the door in my face then shook his head at me so i said through the door why have you done that? He then opend the door and said im changing f***ing drivers you p****k, so i calmly asked why he didnt tell me that in the first place then he told me to move away before he smashed my face in. I am thinking to go the police about this incident and i will never be using the first bus service ever again. He was big build bald and in his 40s. This was at 9.30 at the bus stop on the oppiste side to the station. 5th of december 2012. 501 bus

    Get CCTV record - possibly via complaint to Police, if not prompt acknowledgement drop a note to North Western Traffic Commissioner - issues vocational licences. A former TC (Chris Heaps) had similar issues when drivers changed shifts and shut him & other passengers in the bus, and left bus co managers very red faced.

    trace the driver and he is being interviewed inside our
    disciplinary procedure this morning.
