FixMyTransport: fix this: First bus no. 63

Hi there, I would like to ask why bus no. 63 is so unreliable? Its never on time and sometimes it doesn't even show up. We all have paid for our tickets. We need to get to work on time but this bus service no. 63 is so unreliable beacause of which I think none of us would like to travel on it.

Hello Hem,

Which particular journeys do you use that are affected like this? First may ask you for this information.

If there is an ongoing problem, we at FixMyTransport often suggest that regular travellers keep a 'Travel Journal' which shows any delays and cancellations on a day-by-day basis.

Also, in your e-mail, you say 'we'. That suggests that other people you know are having the same problem with late and cancelled buses. If so, encourage them to support your campaign and also to keep Travel Diaries.
