I miss my first bus 2025hr w3 as I ran at the front door of bus w3, driver was still at standstill with door open, driver closes door as soon as I arrive at door.

I than have to wait for next bus for more than 15 mins which is not the planned scheduled on the terminal at finabury park
It was a very cold night & there was a lot people who were upset
We need more consistency & just abit more patience from the driver as well

    Thank you for your recent email to London Buses concerning the
    events Ms S Yeo witnessed involving a route W3 bus driver.

    Although our staff work largely unsupervised, this is certainly
    not the behaviour expected from them.  The manager of Lee Valley
    Garage has now interviewed the driver concerned and appropriate
    action has been taken as a consequence.

    Please accept my sincere apologies and thank you for taking the
    time to bring your concerns to my attention.
