Unfortunately Scotrail have chosen not to correspond with its passengers through FixMyTransport for reasons best known to themselves, so you will have to contact them directly through their customer service department at Scotrailcustomer.relations@firstgroup.com
Please do come back and update your campaign page on FixMyTransport with any news.
