“Please help me persuade High Peak Centrebus to fix this: route 118 hanley leek buxton” – mr a feebery

Description

mr a feebery

it is ridiculous to run two buses of different companies along this route at the same time when the frequency of the service is once every three hours. I had to get from leek to buxton on the two twenty rather than a later bus, to catch the trans peak connection to derby, the buses are scheduled to miss the trans peak by ten minutes, the commuter on the 5.20 from leek arriving in buxton would be faced with a wait of two hours plus to 20.15.
could not these services be run at 90 mins intervals, rather than competing for a few passengers each?
