my father and i planned journey to Plymouth from Torquay and had to be at sons graduation ceremony by 1pm. The train was 40 minutes late and when we found the location on Plymouth Hoe the ceremony had already commenced and my son had already received his degree. I will of course enclose both tickets and ceremony tickets as proof and snapshot of delayed time on tv screen at Newton Abbot if required.
