“Please help me persuade Swindon Borough Council to fix this: Two Buses failing to stop!” – Craig Whitbread

Description

Craig Whitbread

My 15 year old Daughter and her friend were waiting for the number 13, 14 bus from Baileys corner, Its pouring down with rain, two buses failed to stop for them, they were waving there hand out, but both buses drove straight passed them! They were waiting for over half an hour in the rain, which then resorted them in calling a taxi. They assured me that both buses had plenty of seating space! So obviously as an angry parent would like to know why this happend!!

Complaints for buses that have failed to stop should be sent to the bus company- Unless of course that its operated by the council.

    Hello Craig

Please can you confirm who operates the bus route 13 and 14? My searching suggests that 13 and 14 are operated by Thamesdown Transport or Stagecoach. This is very important because although they work closely, they are two separate companies.

A quick Google suggests that Swindon Borough Council own the majority of shares in Thamesdown Transport making them one of the last few municipal bus company's in the country.
