I was sorry to learn that your train from London Blackfriars ran fast through Herne Hill, resulting in you having to alight the train at Tulse Hill. Please also accept my apologies for the inconvenience that this caused you.
Having checked our weekday timetable, I have been unable to find a service departing London Blackfriars at 1233. The closest service to this time is the 1230 train to Herne Hill.
In order to investigate this for you and explain why the train ran fast, I would be grateful if you could confirm the scheduled departure time of your service and the date of you journey. Please also remember to quote the above reference when providing this information.
