I have recently complained about the 9.03 pm 85 service from Maidstone town centre to Shepway which did not run on a Saturday eve several weeks ago. I did get a reply to my complaint by telephone and was given the reasons that traffic was the cause of the bus not running but as this was 9pm at night, I found this hard to believe! I told them as much and was told it would be investigated further and I would be informed of the results. I am still waiting.
