I haven't met one ticket staff member who isn't rude, or at time abusive. I have been standing in lines and heard other customers complaining about them, or having negative experiences. I had a staff member roll his eyes at me in a sarcastic 'baby talk' way, answer my question, which is just malicious. I've also seen then swear at members of the public. Something has to change with the management of staff at this station. It seems like most members of staff have the same horrible attitude.

    Thank you for taking the time to contact us about the behaviour
    of the members of staff you have encountered at Charing Cross
    Station.

    All of our staff are trained and expected to provide a high
    level of customer service and I assure you that the behaviour
    you describe is wholly unacceptable.

    I have brought this matter to the attention of the Group Station
    Manager responsible for Charing Cross Station, who takes such
    complaints very seriously and will take appropriate action to
    prevent a recurrence of these incidents. If there are also
    specific dates and times of these incidents or if anything like
    this happens again in future please let us know, so that we can
    investigate this further with the staff members concerned.

    Once again, I’m sorry that you feel you were treated less
    politely than you should have been. Thank you for taking the
    time to contact us.
