Description
Paul Illes
The 'service' on the 184 bus route (Arriva London) is getting worse. One memorable day in particular, it took over 24 minutes for a bus to turn up! Bearing in mind that for that time of day there was meant to be a bus every 9 to 12 minutes, I think taking more than twice that long is completely unacceptable!! Research online tells me that "This route is classed as high frequency, and as such controllers will endeavour to provide an even service" yet I see no regulation of the service whatsoever. Please, sort it out!

Paul,
TfL are usually very reliable at providing replies. I would suggest you select click on 'Reply to this message by email' underneath their acknowledgement at 19:20 on 20th January and remind them that they have not yet responded.
I hope you have some success with this.

I have taken the decision to give up on this issue for now, so have marked it as fixed (even though it probably isn't really..). I'll put the 24+ minutes 'incident' down to a one off, but will be closely monitoring the service each time I travel on this route for the time being. The lack of an actual reply speaks volumes to me, though.... Thank you to Paul Hollinghurst for your speedy assistance, it is appreciated and I shall bear your advice in mind for any future issues I report on here.
