Doors should open at stations
Tried to get off the train at egham. 15min ago. Unfortunately the doors would not open (on at least four coaches it turns out) and train left without letting us off (didn't let anyone on either) fortunately the doors did open at the next station, which was useful, but not ideal because I don't live near this one. Would you mind allowing train doors to open in future? There are quite a few people standing on this platform that had no intention of doing so today. Cheers, Joe

We're aware that Southwest Trains are asking for all FMT issues to be rerouted through their webform. We're making contact and hope that we'll be able to persuade them of the benefits of more direct correspondence on here.
