“Please help me persuade First Manchester to make buses on time ” – Marcia greenwood

Description

Marcia greenwood

I was sat at the bus stop heron street, Manchester road and had to wait 45 minutes for a bus as there were no buses from 8.45am to 9.30am when I eventually got on a 83. Quite a lot of people at the bus stop had been waiting for one hour. On this route there is supposed to be a bus every 5 minutes, so why did I have to wait 45 minutes for a bus, and because of this I missed my connection in Manchester of the 255 which made me late for work. Please can you let me know why this has happened.

Many thanks

Mrs Marcia Greenweod

the 83 where late due to faulty traffic lights at mumps in oldham where the was 1hr traffic queues and this caused a knock on affect on the rest of the route.
