Unlike almost every other weekday service (apart from the final one of the day) the 1813 service from Hertford East to Liverpool Street doesn't stop at the intermediate stations between Hertford East and Broxbourne.
So anybody wanting to go from Ware, St Margarets or Rye House at that time has to wait for the Stratford service which follows it and then change at Tottenham Hale.
Please join me in asking National Express East Anglia to change future timetable so that this train stops like all the others!

1813 Hertford East to Liverpool Street Service
Is there a good reason why the weekday 1813 Hertford East to Liverpool Street service doesn't stop between Hertford East and Broxbourne?
As far as I can see it's the only train all day which does this, other than the final 0007 service which is a fast service that skips most other stations as well.
I realise it is closely followed by a Stratford train, but so is the 1912 service and that doesn't have to skip the stations between Hertford East and Broxbourne.
I would be very grateful if you would consider changing this in future timetables.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Tom Hughes

Dear Mr Hughes,
Thank you for your recent email.
I was sorry to read that you are unhappy with the 18:13 Hertford East to
Liverpool Street service. Having discussed your comments with our Train
Planning Department, I can confirm that the reason for this service running
directly to Broxbourne is that there is currently not enough time to make
these stops. The train used for the 18:13 service is previously used as the
17:15 Liverpool Street to Hertford East service, which does not arrive at
Hertford East until 18:09. To call at Ware, St Margarets and Rye House this
service would have to depart Hertford East prior to 18:09, but obviously
cannot do so. We therefore made a decision to run non-stop between Hertford
East and Broxbourne, with the 18:18 Hertford East to Stratford service
close behind making the stops.
I am pleased to state that from December 2011 there will be a new timetable
introduced which will eliminate this situation. The 17:15 from Liverpool St
will be retimed to arrive earlier into Hertford East at 18:02, and we will
subsequently be able to operate an 18:09 service from Hertford East calling
at all stations to Broxbourne, as you have requested.
Thank you for contacting National Express East Anglia.
Yours sincerely,
