“Please help me persuade First (in the Essex area) to make the bus come on time” – Jason Ochuba

Hello, We are a family who take the 551 bus to St Martins School, and we have discovered that sometimes the bus is late. We don't mind when it has been 5-10mins late. But after that if just dosen't come. We are speaking on behalf of the people at that bus stop in the high street. And we finish school at 15:15(3:15pm), that is the time the bus comes. Sometimes it is late sometimes it is early, you'll never know. can you please either get some buses in between 3:15pm and 3:45/4:00pm or make that bus come at 3:20. If no action is taken we might have to take this situation further.

    In order for me to investigate the disruptions on Service.No 551
    I need to know your direction of travel.

    In terms of adding further buses on to this route, this is
    determined by a number of factors including demand and
    availability. I will pass your comments on to our Commercial
    Team.

    consideration. When reviews are undertaken (regularly throughout
    the year) all comments and suggestions are taken into account.

    to be honest i just need the first busses to be bigger and ontime due to aload of poeple getting on the busses and there is no room and never on time and i will always be late to meetings
