“Please help me persuade First Capital Connect to make the last (Mon-Fri) thro' train north 8 cars to avoid severe overcrowding ” – Justin Wickens

Description

Justin Wickens

Dear Sir/Madam,
please could the 22h10 ex City Thameslink to Bedford be increased to 8 coaches as a matter of urgency. At best it involves many passengers standing in discomfort and at worst passengers are unable to board at Kentish Town/West Hampstead.

I am disappointed that after at least 2 years of making this request nothing has happened. I'm hoping an approach via FixMyTransport will have more success.

Best Wishes,
Justin (Wickens)

Cricklewood APTU (Local Commuters Association) representative.

I have had a reply from First Capital Connect who advised me that this train was never full to capacity - I will record all the occasions I find it is overloaded and notify them anon.
