Dear Sir/Madam,
please could the 22h10 ex City Thameslink to Bedford be increased to 8 coaches as a matter of urgency. At best it involves many passengers standing in discomfort and at worst passengers are unable to board at Kentish Town/West Hampstead.
I am disappointed that after at least 2 years of making this request nothing has happened. I'm hoping an approach via FixMyTransport will have more success.
