13 min journey -no tix person on train ( or tix person hiding at rear of train ) - Then 12 mins to wait and buy a ticket !! what is that about ??

Then once returned . I made mistake as thought 6.39 train ,but was actuallty 6.34. So at 6.36 when entered station and asked staff what platform for Newton train ?Instead of a polite "sorry sir , you have missed your train, it's actually 6. 34 " I had a " Look at the time, whit dus that say - 6.36 dae ye get it " !!

Joke - no wonder Richard Branston has a problem with these people !
