Description

Mahmood Husain

I went to the Virgin Ticket shop in Manchester at 10:20 ask how much a day return Ticket to London ''as its first time to me go to London'' he told me its 74.20. I gave him the money and he give me the ticket without told me any thing about the time to go or back.
I went to London and return. While I am return no body told me any thing except the conductor his name is Peater he told me your Ticket is not valid because its off Peak Ticket and you travel on the peak time. I told him no body told me about the time, I have bought a day return ticket from Manchester. He told me, if the Ticket man told you the ticket price is more than three hundred will you buy it? I say no I will not travel.
The Conductor Peater become angry and say you must pay now. I gave him my visa cart and pay 148 Pound over the 74.20 pound I have paid.
I feel that I am treated unfairly or some body cheat me.
I am request you to ask the customers, if they want peak or off peak Ticket if they ask about day return ticket
I have sent a complain to the virgin train company in 17 September but till now the did not replay for me.
