I am not impressed about what has occurred today while using your service. To be honest i have never been so disgusted in all my life!
i am a college student at Newcastle Under Lyme college i am very disappointed on what has happened today. I was waiting for the route number 17 and it is not running often enough because there was too many people on the bus i have just been on it was full from the back of the
bus to the bottom where passengers get off. There was a woman with a pushchair and she struggled to access the area on the bus where pushchairs and wheelchair access is and also there are some really ignorant people where they just push in to get on your service and to be quite honest i was waiting for an hour for this service and i was one of the last people to get on the bus.
I would like to thank you for taking time out of busy agenda to read this complaint.

    Hi amy
    I have complained numerous times to first pmt about this awful service. I gave up complaining quite a while ago as the staff really don't care. I have recently tried making my complaints to the local council who fund first pmt but as they don't fund this service they are not interested. My complaint to first has not been responded to yet.
    The service will be changing from next week. From the 3rd Newcastle bus station will have the route and they are also changing the route, they will miss out basford and maybank .
    To get things to change I think it's best to get the local councillor involved.
