“Please help me persuade Midland to re-time the 200 and 201 routes.” – Bus Passenger

Description

Bus Passenger

Seeing as the 200 and 201 are mostly empty all the time I know quite a few people who live around the Cakemore and Rowley Regis area who are keen on catching the 200 back from school ( Perryfields ) but the bus comes at :05 and the end of the school day is :15, could it changed so it comes at :20 or something or even every 30 minuets.

Here is the letter that Bus Passenger wrote.

Make the 200 and 201 route timings about 10 minuets later.

Thanks for this suggestion Mr Robbins. I will have a think about it and see whether it is practicable. We operate Service 200 & 201 under contract to Centro so I would need to involve them too, but I will certainly give it consideration.

Certainly better than the 'copy-and-paste' responses you get from National Express West Midlands, well done Midland!

    Hi Calum

As Midland operate the service under contract to Centro, it might help you if you told them of their issues because they will have to become involved in any changes to the service.

    Kind regards
