The amount of passengers was much regulated much better when the fast service train was available on the previous schedule.
The schedule included an 8:27am train, an 8:32am fast train and an 8:42am train after that. Both the 8:27 and 8:32 trains were always busy enough but now that they have combined the two in to the new 8:29am service it's just horrendous.
I was standing today from Chingford to Liverpool street in a train crammed with people throughout the aisles, the most amount of people getting on this already packed train at Walthamstow Central.
Please reinstate the fast service train to regulate the number of passengers in a more efficient way!

Dear Customer,
Thank you for advising us of the problems you have experienced
with us on the Chingford to London Liverpool Street service.
I fully appreciate your discomfort and annoyance by this matter.
Unfortunately we are not in a position to simply reinstate the
old 08.32 Chingford to Liverpool Street semi fast service which
existed prior to December 2011. Because of a significant
timetable re-cast affecting the whole of West Anglia we no
longer have a timetable slot or indeed a spare train available
at this time of day with which to run this service.
There are currently no plans in the pipeline which will allow
any improvements at this time of day from Chingford, so I am
sorry for any disappointment caused by this.
Your feedback is important to us and is collated by this office
on a weekly basis for review by the Director team within Greater
Anglia and would once again thank you for taking the time to
contact us.

Very week comment from the train company unfortunately this is what happens with customer services when you have a monopoly. Customers needs and wants dont matter. It makes me sick when traveling in Europe and I see how crap and expensive our services are. Neither Labour or Cons are doing or have done enough to make train providers accountable. Its day light robbery and modern day human cruelty. Cattle are treated with more care and kindness when transported.
