    Dear C Hawkins,

    Thank you for contacting us on the 14th January 2015 regarding
    your journey from Crowborough to London Bridge.

    I am sorry to hear that our 07:20 service from Crowborough to
    London Bridge has been cancelled on both the 13th and the 14th
    January 2015. We aim to ensure all of our services run to the
    schedule advertised and we apologise that this has not been the
    case on two occasions. We understand your frustration,
    particularly as this is a peak service and we offer our
    sincerest apologies for any effect it has had on your journey to
    London Bridge.

    I can confirm that the services were cancelled due to a fault on
    the train that is usually used to run this service. The train
    was considered not fit for running and so was cancelled as a
    matter of safety. Please accept our apologies for this.
