Sam James Gunner

The ticket office at Wivelsfield is never staffed and we have issues with our new ticket machine being stuck on one screen. We have had staffing issues here for the past 3 - 4 years and I find it ridiculous that you state that the ticket offices will be open from x - x and you dont fulfil that and it's a recurring issue! The machines could be more useful too e.g. What From station as I already own a season ticket from Horsham - Hassocks and due to the ticket office not being open most tuesdays at about 3:30PM I end up buying a ticket from the machine that cost's more as I am doubling my route.
