Overcrowding,extreem tempeture, layabouts on train.

From Paington the trip was unbearable,the small train was overcrowded,the the carriage was extremely hot(100 degrees plus) no guard to be found,Nightmare journey.

The problem still exists,Arriva has no customer care policy.Trains are dirty,overcrowded,and a danger to travel on late at night.

It has become obvious to me and many others.Arriva trains simply do not care about this part of the country,the trains are still overcrowded,dirty,we will simply have to grin a bear it.Or as most are doing swapping to coach travel.At least there the toilets are clean and there are seats .

Nothing.
