i arrived at blackpool train station and purchesed a retun ticket to wigan on the 28th oct 12 i was never told that there was no trains from preston to wigan,or i would of got a taxi as it was a important christening,the coach wait and journey made me realy late,
as i got on the train at blackpool as the train started off alot of water came down all over my cloths from the corner of the roof then i moved into the seat in front and it was soaked i had wet underwear all day,the train number was 57225.if i am due to an apology then please contact me David Thomas 55-59 dickson road blackpool fy1 2ap,Thankyou,
