i can't believe i start my jurney at 17.40 at streatham common station and at18,30 i am still on the train just before clapham junction.this is reduculous.and you want to raise the travel card is amaizen.

    There are (or were when the complaint was made) electrical supply problems at Clapham Junction which have delayed services into and out of Victoria.

    We appreciate that customers expect the services they pay for to
    be punctual. 90% of our trains arrive on time but sometimes
    delays are unavoidable. I understand, however, that when there
    are delays occurring on a particular service, then this is
    something that needs to be looked in to and rectified.

    Our Delay Repay team are investigating the disruptions you have
    mentioned in your feedback form and will be in contact with you
    very shortly. For any delays of 30 minutes and over, we do offer
    compensation.

    Fares have risen at a significantly slower rate since
    privatisation than during the last 15 years of British Rail. The
