I would like to know why the 17:41 train which i catch daily on week days since April 2012 has not once been on time. It should be called the 17:44 train as evry day with out fail the tannoy system says the train is delayed by 3-4 minutes. Once or twice a week is acceptable but every day with out fail? Why not just change it to the 17:44 train but i guess that would then arrive at 17:47 or 48.
I have even known the 17:41 not arrive at all around 2 months ago and had to wait for the next train.

Hello Mark
I am one of the FixMyTransport volunteers. I am sorry to read of the issues you have with Northern Rail.
Sadly, whilst Northern Rail appears to read all correspondence submitted to it via FixMyTransport, anyone who is looking for a response that explains what is going is only given a response that states that they have looked at it. If you want a full response, I would suggest that you contact Northern Rail directly through the following options detailed on the web page.
http://www.northernrail.org/northern/contact_us
It would help Northern Rail if when you sent your complaint to them, you said what station you depart from.
I hope this helps
Kind regards
