I use this station from time to time, and whenever i do i am always frustrated by the fact that there is no mobile phone coverage on the platforms. This is especially annoying when trains are delayed. Please can you work with the mobile phone companies, or someone else, to get mobile phone coverage on the platforms?

    Hello customer relations advisor,

    thank you for your reply so late on a Friday night.

    Please can you outline the steps that may be available to me to have this matter reviewed more formally. it seems unusual that, at a time where the Mayor of London is delivering wifi and 3g on the underground, that a station built in the 21st century can't figure it out.

    Thank you for your further email of 11 May 2012, regarding mobile phone signal coverage at London St Pancras station.

    As you may be aware London St Pancras is a sub surface station and it is also managed for Network Rail. Having contacted Network Rail on your behalf, they have advised that they are aware of the issue regarding mobile phone signal coverage but are very grateful for your feedback.

    I have been advised that they are currently working on a project as part of the whole station where wi-fi upgrades and signal coverage forms part of this. Unfortunately this is not going to be completed until after the Olympics and I apologise for the any frustration this causes.
