I'm currently on train ID: 390042, the 14.07 from Euston to Stafford.
I've just spent about 15 minutes trying to get the t-mobile wifi that I just paid for working. They key problem was that once I had paid it took me straight back to the login page as if I hadn't already paid (and recieved by confirmation of doing so), and denied my access.
Eventually I figured out that I needed to type in my access code. I did this using cut and paste, and it then showed me the error "closeERROR: The Internet is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.". This happened a couple of times, until after a few refreshes and waiting a few minutes, typing the access code worked.
This is really far from a seamless experience - can you please tell me if you're working to imrprove this highly clunky experience? It really doesn't feel worth six quid as things stand.
