Initial problem

I am very disappointed with the 297 bus service. A number of people visited Dudmaston Hall on Sat 22.2.14 on the 297 from Kidderminster and we all wanted to get the 16.11 bus (at Dudmaston Hall) back to our destination at Kidderminster. We waited from 16.00hs expecting it at 16.11 but it did not turn up. We then either had to wait for an hour in the cold or ring for a taxi. At 16.45 we gave up and called a taxi costing us a large amount of cash. Why didn't the bus turn up and how can you recompense us for a very disappointing end to a very enjoyable day. John Wellman
