Initial problem

Two young girls (teenagers) boarded the train at Wolverhampton with reserved seats in coach C. Reservation slips were not provided in seats in coach C. Very busy train (standing room only) and consequently without the presence of reservation slips people refused to give up the seats leaving the girls embarrassed for having asked them to do so. Solution! 1) Ensure conductor has done his/her job by providing reservation tickets in the correct seat in the appropriate coach, or 2) Do not allow reserved seats on peak time trains such as 16.23 and 17.26 out of Birmingham on a Friday evening as they are often a bun fight with the holders of reserved seats not being physically able to access them because of over crowding! 3) Provide 6 coach trains at these times so that everyone has a seat.

Keep up the good work with what I believe is generally a good service between Telford and Birmingham.
