Initial problem

The big orange LED clock on the new platform 1 at Manchester Airport railway station displays around 20 seconds different from the same clocks installed on platforms 2 and 3. Whilst a minor matter, with train doors being advertised as closing up to 30 seconds before departure time, it does make a difference.

This was still not fixed on 28th June 2012 - in fact, it was showing completely the wrong time, several hours out! Maybe it will get a higher priority for repair now?
