Initial problem

I prebooked my train ticket and went to Wem Station to collect it. However, all I am getting is 'Cannot connect to TOD server'. A gentleman also trying to collect his tickets said he'd booked them weeks ago and has tried to retrieve them on several occasions, only to get the same TOD server message.

    The ticket machine was unable to print out my pre booked train tickets on Wem station. To avoid the problem occuring again, I no longer pre book my tickets, so I've no idea if the ticket machine is working or not.
