Initial problem
Ever since you have changed the type of train on the 8.10 service that I get on at Lancing the service, more often than not is delayed. There is always some poor excuse as to the reason of lateness.
This makes the train much busier and a horrible environment in which to travel.
We pay a huge amount of money each year for the pleasure of travelling on your trains, at least you could do is is provide us with a comfortable environment in which to travel.
I suggest that you add another carriage onto this very busy service. The trains will always have timetable issues but at least we might arrive at our destination less stressed and relaxed.
Perhaps if you look at cost saving in other areas you can impart those costs into comfort of your passengers. For instance Network Rail spends £100M per year on keeping hedges trimmed and grass cut around the rail network. Slightly excessive dont you think!? The supply chain obviously needs to be looked at in great detail.
You put our fares up year on year and the service just keeps getting worse. I am sure this complaint will go un-noticed and nothing will be done to rectify these problems as this is simply as you know that us train users have no other option but to use your terrible service.
Its simply not good enough but there is nothing us passengers can do about it! Maybe you can prove me wrong.
