Initial problem

The train Station at Aberystwyth often shuts the toilets for the day. Despite high-priced train tickets passengers have to put up with stations that have either no toilets, or closed toilets, or toilets where you have to pay (on top of what you paid for the ticket); or - on Arriva trains - usually dirty train toilets that are sometimes themselves closed. Being able to go to the toilet is a basic human need. It is silly to shut the toilets then leave a note sayign there are public ones on another road - if your train is due you can't risk leaving the station, and if you aren't from Aberystwyth you won't know where the hell 'Park Avenue' is or how far away it is.

Out of interest, did you get an acknowledgement followed by a reply from Arriva Trains Wales about this?

    Best regards,
