Initial problem
i waited half hour for the 88 bus on lightbown rd which is supposed to be every 10 mins i gave up and went home, for this i missed a mental health appointment which is for 1 hour per session and had i waited and boarded the very late bus which i have no clue what time it finialy arived i would have arived at north man general hospital atleast 45 mins late, this is the 3rd time on the same day in 3 weeks one week i waited 45 mins. I have now been discharge from the clinic, i fort bus's were the future according to your slogans advertised on your bus's, i find this ridiculous and this is just some of many times on this service.
I have wasted my money getting to late appointments in which i have been sent home from.
