Initial problem
Your handling of the 09.50 Service to Moreton-In-Marsh this morning was appalling. The train sat on the platform (11) for 15 minutes (until 10.05) with no information on the delay whatsoever, only for passengers to be suddenly told to get off and go to platform 13 instead. Having trekked around to platform 13 and waited to get on a much smaller train, it was only then announced that it was not stopping at Slough due to the delay. I then had to get off the train and trek back to the concourse and wait for another train, in this case the 10.22 which thankfully did stop at Slough. I would like to say this incident was unusual but it isn't, First Great Western regularly keep customers in the dark about delays, often announcing them only after the departure time has been missed altogether. I will be seeking a refund for the journey today.
