Train route between Manchester Piccadilly and Nantwich

Initial problem

This morning we were provided with only a 2 coach train. This led to people standing on the train all the way down the carriages from Nantwich all the way to Manchester. Surely for busy services such as this one, a minimum of a 3 car train is an absolute requirement.

    Nope.

    The problem still happens sporadically - and it has been especially bad of the last 2 weeks, with two car trains ever day last week, and Mon-Wed this week.

    They have acknowledged it is a problem via twitter, but they haven't said if/when they can fix it.
