Initial problem
I am not inclined to pay the premium first class fare only to suffer the following.
1)Sharing the compartment with on and off duty staff.
2)The guards need to access the drive cab on a regular basis via the first compartment.
3)Constant rattle from some table lights with missing screws.
4)Constant rattle from some drivers cabin doors (in the first cabin) requiring wedges to get peace during the journey.
5)The frequent automatic opening of the sliding door due to sensor opening or passengers leaning on the door opening button.
6)When busy passengers who have not bought first class tickets flood into the compartment, but when busy the on board ticket inspection does not take place.

After some time had passed on their second message to me First/ScotRail said they could not pass my information to engineering only to management and they would need to know the date,time of departure.
I gave up,both communicating with them and buying first class tickets from them.
I can travel the route by bus for free!
