Initial problem
I would like to complain about the poor bus service that I came across today while trying to get into the Uni-4 bus at the “Cambridge, adj Playing Field” station at 7.33am (Apr-3rd). I had a 10-pound note and the driver refused to change it so I had to get off the bus. I am sure I saw the change at his tray but he insisted he did not have it.
I was on my way to the train station (and then to the airport) and was almost late.
I consider it’s a poor service especially given the fact that it was a 10-pound note, not 20 or 50. The driver should have change for passengers (just as we expect it at grocery shops, pubs, train station, etc).
