Initial problem
Today, 2/6/2012 my mother (88) and I were boarding the 34651 Stagecoach bus in Northdown Road Margate.
My mother placed her disability card on the machine to be told by the driver (Drv 55658) "NOT THERE - THERE!" as she placed the card on the wrong area on the top of the machine.
I then got on and when using my card the ticket feeder jammed.
The driver said "LEAVE IT!" and with very ill grace opened and removed the ticket.
This is NOT ACCEPTABLE behaviour for someone who works within the public sector. May I firmly suggest that the individual's behaviour be corrected to avoid further displeasure to Stagecoach customers.

My daughter and I were waiting for the loop bus because she enjoys the bus ride. When the bus finally came, the bus driver stopped with a full bus and expected me and my daughter to get on. I said " The bus is full how do you expect me to get on a full bus, my daughter needs to sit down" to which he replied with a shrug. i admit i could not hide my destain because the bus driver had stopped with a full crowd of people on his bus and what did he expect my daughter to do, stand?! She is two and can't hold onto anything apart from me, which there was no adequate space to do so. To make matters worse the bus driver then proceeded to tell me it wasn't his fault he had a full bus and to stop being irrate. Well it was his fault because if he had not stopped with a full bus this whole situation could of been avoided.
